*Note: Registration is non-mandatory but highly recommended (rationale detailed in Part 2)
Claim Submission
Submit online post-failure: Product model + Serial No. (SN) + Proof of purchase + Issue description → Case number confirmed via email within 24 hours by customer service.
Fault Diagnosis
Perform basic troubleshooting as guided (e.g., testing with alternative cables) → Provide failure videos/photos if necessary.
Resolution Protocol
Post-approval → Repairable? → Repairable → Complimentary repairIrreparable → Replacement/Equivalent compensation.
