Warranty Period and Verification
QIAO Charger provides a two-year manufacturer warranty for EV chargers and accessories, beginning on the date of manufacture. For products with a serial number (SN), we use it to verify the manufacturing date and determine whether the product is within the warranty period.
When requesting warranty service, please provide the product serial number, where available, and proof of purchase. Proof of purchase helps us identify the original seller and order details; it does not change the start date of the manufacturer’s warranty.
What the Warranty Covers
This manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials, components, or workmanship that cause a QIAO Charger EV charger or accessory to fail during the warranty period, provided the product was installed and used according to its instructions.
Our support team will assess each reported issue. We may review the product information, fault description, error codes, photos, videos, or other relevant details to determine whether the failure is covered.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by:
